1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CalyMetron platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalyMetron provides online study materials and practice questions for Red Seal trade certification exam preparation. The Service includes bilingual (English and Arabic) content, practice quizzes, assessments, progress tracking, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared; access is tied to your subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account, and must provide accurate and complete information when creating it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security; deletion takes effect after a 14-day grace period during which you can restore it. Study-progress resets are available but limited per account to discourage account sharing.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms are displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, images, and study materials — is the intellectual property of CalyMetron and is protected by copyright law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own study purposes.

7. Disclaimer

CalyMetron is a study aid and does not guarantee passing any certification exam. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any provincial or federal Red Seal certification authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalyMetron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
